I bought this bag for law school and I am impressed with its capacity and organizational abilities. It fits my laptop snugly in the fleece sleeve, and I can load a few books, a water bottle, pens, and lunch in the other pockets. The straps have good support and it is a great, durable pick.

This is perfect for my 5th grader! This is her first year carrying a laptop to school. She has a 13 inch with protective shell and it fits perfectly. It looks very sturdy and great quality. Of course she is in love with the color only thing I would like different is if they would monogram!

Great for middle school. It look white in the photo but it’s more of a beige color. I love the dog lined pockets to place your more delicate items like glasses, cel phone etc. the padded back for your laptop is a great feature. I wish it had an extra zipper to make it loathed or smaller.

I live abroad and have been using a smaller version of the Isabella backpack every day for the past 14 months. I absolutely love it. I walk everywhere with it and even use this pack when hiking. I wanted to buy a second one but slightly larger next time I travelled to the U.S. and noticed this next size up. I couldn’t resist and immediately started using the Isabella for overnights. Impressive spacious backpack, great quality, strong support for water bottles, and I love the variety of pockets and zippered spaces. I recently stuffed it with a stack of newly purchased paperbacks, chocolate bars, spare clothing and a laptop as I boarded an international flight for 12 hours. It held up just fine and continues to be my favorite purchase.

I use this backpack for school and it fits everything that I need for classes. The one thing that it does not fit is my water bottle. Other than that it’s great and I love the color.

My sixth grader is using this as her daily school backpack, which often weighs 20-25 lbs on any given day. She loves it! It holds a ton of stuff, has many pockets, good padding for her Chromebook, and is holding up nicely so far. It is only September though, so keeping my fingers crossed.

I used this as my daily college back pack, purchased last spring. As of September, the back support has crumpled and is beginning to tear through the fabric. The inner laptop sleeve is also tearing. I would not say I have been overly rough on this bag, outside of normal daily use. Very disappointed, as I was expecting a high-quality bag. Will not be buying this, or any other North Face bag, again.

This is a great bag! I bought it from I use as a personal item for flying and also to update my work bag. This bag is the perfect size! Love all the pockets. And the color! My only gripe is not all the pockets have the double zipper for opening and closing.

I like this backpack more than I expected. The cup holder slot fits my Owala, I’m able to pack a day or two days’ worth of clothing, my laptop and other travel essentials fit nicely, and the compartments work well for my needs.

I switch up bags fairly regularly, but this might be my favorite backpack yet. The pockets are well laid out and make it really easy to stay organized. The color is fantastic.
If I had one slight knock – the water bottle pockets are a little slim (e.g. fits at 18 oz Yeti or 24 oz Stanley IceFlow, but not larger). Also one water bottle holder is a little shorter than I’d like due to the diagonal line across the bag. I haven’t had anything fall out yet, but it doesn’t seem quite as secure.
