I love performance fabric, but the material on these felt so cheap, flimsy, and unbreathable. Not a fan. Plus they were a little tight so back they go!

5-star design, 1-star execution. The NF Aphrodite Motion Pants are true to size with a generous fit and stretch, making them extra comfortable. I initially purchased them in black and later in navy, which has added zippers to the pockets and bungee added to the hem. However, the black version only lasted five months of gentle wear and careful washing (cold water) and drying (line dry) before they started to subtly pill. The pilling looks like lint on the pants, but it is not. If this happens to you, be cautious when trying to remove it as you may cause further damage to the fabric. This was very disappointing, but I liked the pants so much that I hoped an updated version would have resolved the fabric issue. However, after only six weeks of wearing the navy version four times indoors while sitting at my desk, they are already starting to pill. I haven’t even washed them yet! Additionally, they are wearing around the pocket, which I don’t even use. Come on NF, these are supposed to be “motion” pants. Invest in better fabric so we can move around without worrying about how quickly they will pill or wear out. It’s disappointing that an activewear company cannot get this right. Overall, the size and fit are great but the material is severely lacking in quality.

My 1st pair of these pants pilled after 5 months, the 2nd after 6 weeks. Come on NF, invest in better fabric. The style is perfect, but the material is of terrible quality. What a waste of money.

I bought my first pair 3 years ago and fell in love with them. I bought another pair and then the shorts. Since then, the material has gotten cheaper and cheaper. It peels, frays, and feels less substantial. Can you please go back to the original material?!

Fit great but wrinkle so fast, just by sitting down; and if in dryer, the waist cinch string, even when securely knotted, comes undone and snags, gets wrecked. Disappointed. Waist string needs to be higher quality, fabric, too.
